Service Engagement and Payment Policy
Unless specified in writing, all ongoing services—including but not limited to Engineering, GIS, IT, Financial Consulting and related support services—may be billed on a recurring basis as agreed in your service contract. Some project-based work (e.g., solar design, GIS mapping, tax filing) may follow a fixed or milestone-based billing model based on the project scope and timeline.
Client Feedback and Approval
Timely feedback and approvals are essential to project success. If no feedback is provided within 30 days or by the project’s expected completion date (whichever comes first), RemoteAnchor reserves the right to close the project. Resources are pre-allocated; therefore, clients may not be eligible for a full refund. A partial refund may be offered at our discretion and upon mutual agreement.
Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
Client Projects
RemoteAnchor will not be held responsible for any damages, penalties, or losses resulting from the use of our services. Clients are responsible for maintaining secure backups of their project files and data. If a client is dissatisfied with our services, they may discontinue use at their discretion.
Project Changes and Third-Party Systems
Any changes made to project deliverables, websites, or IT infrastructure without notifying us may affect performance or results. RemoteAnchor is not liable for any disruptions, data loss, or performance issues resulting from such changes.
Technology and Platform Risks
While we follow industry best practices, RemoteAnchor cannot be held responsible for disruptions or failures caused by third-party platforms, software updates, client-side hosting issues, or internet service providers.
Data Security and Access
We recommend that clients provide user-level—not admin-level—access when necessary. Once the project is completed, clients are encouraged to update credentials and ensure secure storage of sensitive information. RemoteAnchor will not be liable for data breaches, unauthorized access, or system failures due to internal or external factors.
Service Outcomes
We do not guarantee specific outcomes (e.g., financial savings, design approvals, rankings, or traffic increases) unless explicitly stated in a signed agreement. Our services are advisory and technical in nature, based on current industry practices.
Image and Data Usage Policy
RemoteAnchor uses only royalty-free, licensed, or client-provided materials in its deliverables. Clients requesting exclusive rights to media must purchase them separately. We do not use copyrighted or unauthorized content under any circumstances.

RemoteAnchor may update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the client’s responsibility to review this page regularly for updates. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any revised terms.
